Delivery rules

1. General provisions

This delivery policy defines the terms and conditions of delivery of goods in the NERKER.LT online store (hereinafter referred to as the Store). Placing an order in the Store means that the buyer agrees to these delivery terms and conditions.


2. Delivery methods

The buyer can choose one of the following delivery methods:

  • By courier to your home/office

  • To a parcel machine (Omniva, DPD, LP Express, etc.)

  • On-site pickup (if applicable)


3. Shipping cost

  • To a parcel machine – from 3 euros, depending on the weight and the selected parcel machine.

  • By courier - from 5 euros.

  • Free shipping applies to orders over [50eur].

The exact price is indicated at the time of ordering, before confirming the purchase.


4. Delivery times

  • In Lithuania - usually within 1-3 business days from the date of payment for the order.

  • To other EU countries – within 5–10 business days.


5. Order tracking

When the order is shipped, the buyer receives an email with a tracking number and a link to track the shipment.


6. Failed delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or other errors by the buyer, the shipment may be returned to the Store. In this case, the buyer will cover the costs of re-shipping.


7. Delivery during holidays or sales

Due to the increased volume of orders, delivery times may be extended. The store will make every effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible.
