Buying and selling rules

1. General provisions

1.1. These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules ) are established by UAB "NERKER" , legal entity code 307468061 , registered office address Elektrinės g. 8, LT-03151 Vilnius , e-shop www.nerker.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Seller ) and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer when purchasing goods online.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read these Rules and agrees to comply with them.
1.3. The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order in the online store and pays for the goods.

2. Protection of personal data

2.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website nerker.lt .
2.2. The Seller ensures that the Buyer's data will be used only for the purposes of fulfilling orders and as provided for by law.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right:

  • to purchase goods in accordance with these rules ;

  • receive high-quality goods that meet the order;

  • withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days (in accordance with the Return Policy).

3.2. The Buyer undertakes:

  • provide correct data when ordering;

  • pay for the goods and their delivery;

  • accept the delivered goods;

  • not to transfer account login details (if any) to third parties.

4. Seller's rights and obligations

4.1. The Seller has the right:

  • temporarily or permanently suspend the store's operations without prior notice;

  • change these rules, product prices, delivery conditions;

  • refuse to fulfill the order if the Buyer provided incorrect data or did not pay for the goods.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to:

  • ensure that all goods sold comply with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;

  • deliver the goods to the address specified by the Buyer or by the chosen method within the agreed time;

  • respect the Buyer's privacy and process data only in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Product prices, payment and invoices

5.1. All prices of goods are indicated in euros (EUR) , including VAT.
5.2. The price is valid at the time of placing the order.
5.3. The Buyer may pay:

  • electronic banking;

  • by bank card;

  • through a payment collection system (e.g. Paysera, Revolut, Stripe);

  • by other methods specified at the time of ordering.
    5.4. Once the buyer has paid, the order is considered confirmed. The invoice is sent by e-mail after payment.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1. Goods are delivered within 1-3 business days in Lithuania, unless otherwise stated.
6.2. Delivery methods:

  • to a parcel machine (Omniva, DPD, LP Express);

  • by courier to the specified address;

  • on-site pickup (if applicable).
    6.3. The delivery price is indicated at the time of ordering.
    6.4. Order status and tracking number are provided by email.

7. Product quality and warranties

7.1. All goods sold are new , unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.2. If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the description, the Buyer has the right to return or exchange it.
7.3. Warranty terms are indicated in the product description, if applicable.

8. Return and exchange of goods

8.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Return Policy published on the website nerker.lt .
8.2. The buyer may return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, if they meet the return conditions.

9. Responsibility

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
9.2. The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from improper use of the goods.
9.3. The Seller is not liable for non-delivery of goods if this occurred due to the fault of the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Seller's control (e.g. courier delay).

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.3. The Buyer also has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Service ( www.vvtat.lt ) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform : https://ec.europa.eu/odr .

11. Final provisions

11.1. These rules come into force from the date of their publication on the website www.nerker.lt .
11.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Rules. The updated rules apply to new orders placed after their publication.
