Return Policy

1. General provisions

These return and exchange rules apply when purchasing goods in the NERKER.lt online store (hereinafter referred to as the Store).
By purchasing goods in the Store, the Buyer confirms that he has read these rules and agrees to comply with them.

2. Right to withdraw from the contract

According to the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, the buyer must send a free-form request by e-mail to [e-mail address] or fill out the return form.

3. Return conditions

Goods can be returned if:

  • they have not been worn or otherwise used;

  • original packaging, labels, protective films have been retained;

  • the item is not damaged or dirty;

  • proof of purchase is provided (invoice, order number, etc.).

4. Non-returnable goods

Cannot be returned:

  • hygiene products (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, opened food supplements, etc.);

  • individually manufactured or specially adapted goods;

  • goods that have been inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

5. Return process

  1. Please contact us by email at info@nerker.lt and provide your order number and reason.

  2. Receive confirmation and instructions on where to send the returned item.

  3. Pack the item securely so that it is not damaged during transportation.

  4. Send the shipment to the specified address.

Return shipping costs are usually paid by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item was received defective or incorrect.

6. Refund

  • Money for returned goods is refunded within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  • The amount is returned to the same account from which the payment was made.

  • If the item was received defective or incorrectly shipped, shipping costs will also be refunded.

7. Exchange of goods

If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, color or model , please contact us by email at [email address].
Product exchange is carried out under the same conditions as returns.
